1.High-speed sealing and shrinking machine is an efficient packaging equipment with precise technical parameters and reliable functions. The model of this equipment is unspecified, but it strictly requires packaging dimensions to be within a length limit and a width plus height not exceeding 400mm, with a height not exceeding 170mm.


2.In terms of power supply and power, the machine requires the use of 3-phase 380V AC electricity, with a frequency between 50 and 60 Hz, and power not exceeding 3 kW. This ensures that the equipment can provide sufficient power support during operation.

3.The sealing system is a key part of the equipment, employing high-quality materials and advanced technology. The heating element in the sealing system uses stainless steel heating tubes with a long service life. The sealing knife is made of anti-stick and high-temperature-resistant material, ensuring a firm and aesthetically pleasing seal, with an outer layer coated with a special Teflon non-stick film. For temperature control, a Japanese "OMRON" digital temperature controller and imported thermal sensitive control are used, allowing for adjustable temperatures ranging from 0 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, the sealing and cutting size can be adjusted electrically, with the maximum sealing and cutting size being unrestricted in length and not exceeding 400mm in width plus height, with a height not exceeding 170mm.


4.Blade protection is ensured using German "SICK" technology to prevent accidental sealing of packaging materials. The drive system utilizes UD servo sealing and cutting to ensure a secure and stable seal. The edge sealing system employs Taiwanese Xin Gong cylinders to guarantee firm and accurate sealing.


5.The overall structure is made of carbon steel spray-coated material, with key parts made of stainless steel plates and aluminum profiles, ensuring structural solidity. Depending on the size of the packaged items, packaging speed ranges from 20 to 40 per minute. Air pressure requirement is 5.5 kg/cm2, and surface treatment requires corrosion-resistant structure material surface spray coating or nickel plating treatment to ensure durability and stability of the equipment.
