Update on the function of bagging machine PET film

  One of our customers' products is a small square box, packed with PET film, and needs to leave a mouth at one end of the box, so we chose a bagging machine for packaging.

   In the past, only POF and PE films could be used on fully automatic machines because PET films were hard and easily charged with static electricity. But now we have successfully implemented the application of PET film on fully automatic machines. In this process, we use high-temperature tape, which helps prevent static electricity, and an improved sealing knife, which is made of special materials with high strength, non-deformation, and American DuPont Teflon coating , anti-adhesive and high-temperature resistant properties to ensure a firm and stable seal.

   This baggingmachine is also suitable for the appearance packaging of various products such as food, electronics, toys, books, electrical appliances, bamboo and woodware, hardware tools, cosmetics, medicines, etc. After packaging, the product has a beautiful appearance and is moisture-proof and scratch-proof, which not only improves the product image, but also reduces packaging costs.

   In order to extend the service life of the machine, we emphasize regular maintenance of the machine. This includes cleaning the electrical box and various moving parts. The moving parts need to be properly lubricated to ensure good lubrication.
