The composition of machine-made film and hand-made film are different. The stretchability of machine-made film is better than that of hand-made film, because machine-made film requires a machine to do the pulling force, and the pulling force of the machine is the same every time (of course it can be used on the touch screen The tensile force is set inside). If the packaging effect requires that the surface after packaging is very smooth and bright, then the tensile force of the film must be very good. The stretch force of handmade films is relatively poor. If used on a machine, the film may break when the machine pulls it. 

However, the strength can be controlled by human hands, so handmade films do not have high requirements for stretchability.

If you want to use the film on automatic food wrapping machine as below pictures, please choose the “Machine wrap stretch film”.

Because when the machine is pulling open the film, the tension of the machine is limited, which is also set. Therefore, if the tensile force of the film is poor, the film is easy to break. In order to ensure that the film will not break and achieve perfect packing effect, please select “Machine wrap stretch film”.

If it is manual packing or packing by manual food wrapping machine (As below picture), “Manual stretch cling film”can be selected. The tensile force of this kind of film is relatively poor, but the price is cheap. Because the manpower can be controlled freely, even if the tensile force of the film is not good, it will not have a great impact on the packaging.

And why I introduce our cling film? There are two points:

1.Breathability

Fruits and vegetables will still breathe after picking, and living cells need to be metabolized. If the breathability of film is not good, fruits and vegetables may deteriorate during transportation. We made the test again and again, and finally mastered this technology and realized mass production.

2. Antifoggant

If the film does not have the antifoggant, mist or water droplets will appear on the surface of the film after packed. When the film has antifoggant, the mist or water droplets will disperse in 20 minutes. However, if the film does not have the antifoggant, the mist or water droplets will remain in the film and deteriorate the product. In our factory, all of our films have the antifoggant, and it is in line with food standards. Please feel free to use it.
