The following description is that all wearing parts are damaged by non-human beings.

Suction cup:            

1.The effect of erecting 30 boxes per minute * 60 minutes * 10 hours and 20 boxes per minute * 60 minutes * 10 hours on suction cups is different            

2.The friction between the suction cup and the carton is different, and the carton has smooth surface and burr as well.           

3.The suction cup is composed of rubber and plastic, which will harden and wear easily at low temperature.            

We can only use 6-12 months as a reference when the cartons are not too rough for 10 hours a day, but some customers have to change suction cups after 3 months, and some customers haven't changed suction cups after 3 years.

Cutter:

If the cutter can be cleaned in time [ when the cutter is cutting the tape, some of the glue will stick on the cutter edge ], it can be used for 1 year. The service life of the cutter depends on the use and maintenance. Basically, it can be used for a long time without rust or glue. Generally, dull cutter is caused by glue or cutter edge corrosion

Linear bearing (the possibility of damage is relatively small, if the linear bearing is damaged and you didn’t solve it in time, it may damage the optical shaft):            

Normal , the service life of linear bearing is 6-24 months or even longer. Please try to keep the optical shaft and bearing free of particles and keep the relative lubricant. The service life will also be related to the actual speed of machine and the operation speed of the machine (the service life will be relatively shorter when the frequency is high), when you are using.

Optical axis            

Rigid enough, as long as the bearing is not broken, it will not damage the optical shaft. However, if the bearing is damaged and the machine still runs, the optical axis will be damaged   

Belt            

The belt can be used for more than 2 years, and it can be adjusted and tensioned according to the actual situation in normal use for 6-12 months

Filter (the dust accumulation of carton shall be cleaned or replaced regularly): 

The cleaning cycle of the filter is about 7 days (depending on the burr/ dust in the carton, if there is lots of dust and burr, it should be cleaned every 3-4 days). The cleaning method is, please take out the filter and blow it with a gas pipe. The replacement frequency is about 3 months.           

If there is oil and water in the compressed air, the filter may not be cleaned due to the mixture of oil and water/dust and burr, so it needs to be replaced

Spring (fatigue when it has been use long time):           

The service life of spring is expected to be 2 million times
