Food wrapping machine after packed by film, the film can’t be sealed, how to solve this problem?

1.Please check the film, and make sure it is fit for automatic food wrapping machine.

If you are not sure the film is fit for that or not, please kindly use the film we provide.

2.Please check the parameter you set up. 

Please make sure the product of size you set up, whether it is correct or not, and check the packaging type, if you use the machine to pack the globular product, please choose “Round bottom”, if you use the machine to pack Square product, please choose “ Square bottom”, please check the video for showing you.

3.Please try to pack the product 5 to 10 times continuously, there is a heating part inside the machine, when the machine is packing , the temperature will be increased, so we suggest to pack the product 5 to 10 times continuously.
