Sealing and Shrink Wrapping Machine

 Preparation Before Operation

1. **Inspect the Machine**

Place the machine on a flat surface. Before turning it on, check if any parts are loose or have shifted during transportation. If any issues are found, adjust and correct them.

2. **Operator Requirements**

To ensure the machine operates in optimal condition, maximize its efficiency, and extend its lifespan, it must be operated and maintained by a dedicated person. The operator must be familiar with the operating procedures to avoid damaging the machine.

3. **Adjusting Air Pressure**

If the pressure gauge on the pressure regulator is not within the normal range, adjust it as follows: gently pull up the knob on the pressure regulator, turn it clockwise to increase the pressure, and counterclockwise to decrease it. Adjust the pressure gradually and evenly to the desired level, then press down the knob to lock it in place.

Daily Maintenance and Care

To ensure the machine operates stably for a long time and maintains good sealing quality, please adhere to the following:

1. **Replacing the Sealing Knife**

If the sealing knife becomes worn and cannot be used normally, it must be replaced.

2. **Protecting the Silicone Strip**

Maintain the contact surface of the sealing knife, i.e., the silicone strip. If the outer layer of high-temperature cloth is damaged, replace it immediately. Continuing to use it will not protect the silicone strip below and will affect the sealing quality. Ensure the new cloth is flat and without wrinkles.

3. **Regular Cleaning and Lubrication**

Regularly clean any deposits on moving parts such as shafts, rods, bushings, chains, and sprockets. Lubricate these parts (after powering off the machine).

4. **Daily Cleaning**

After daily operation, carefully clean the sealing parts with a soft cloth. Do this before the temperature of the sealing knife drops below 70°C to avoid damaging the Teflon coating on the surface of the sealing knife.
