1.The heating source of the machine utilizes a stainless steel heating tube, ensuring a long service life. It features an anti-stick and high-temperature sealing knife, which is formed in one piece to enhance the strength and aesthetics of the seal. The knife is coated with a Teflon non-stick film, providing additional durability and performance. The temperature of the sealing knife is controlled by a Japanese "OMRON" digital display temperature controller and an imported heat-sensitive sensor, allowing for adjustable temperatures ranging from 0-300°C.
2.The driving system incorporates a Taiwan SHAKO or Airtac cylinder to guarantee firm and stable sealing. An Uda stepper motor ensures high-speed and smooth conveying. The detection system uses Mingye fiber optic sensors to accurately and sensitively monitor product delivery and stops. Additionally, a Japanese OMRON photoelectric sensor is employed for precise and sensitive detection of product movement and halting.
3.For air expulsion during shrinking, multiple hole punches are utilized. The mechanical components are constructed from carbon steel coated with plastic, with key parts made of stainless steel plates and aluminum profiles to ensure a solid structure. The surface treatment involves anti-corrosion materials, with components either sprayed with plastic or nickel-plated for enhanced durability.
