1. Machine Installation

A. Open the top cover of packaging box, and remove the four side plates of packaging box; 

B. Carry out the machine body, and place it on the stable ground;

C. Adjust the foot bolts at the bottom of the machine in order to regulate the machine height and prevent it from sliding when the machine is in operation;

D. Please connect the power cord according to the voltage shown in nameplate and link with air supply. Note: Make sure it is connected with ground wire.

2.Machine Maintain

A. After finished the work, please remove the residue and dust from the machine;

B. Please check sliding parts and running parts regularly and add lubricating oil on the parts;

C. Please remove the carbon deposit on the sealing cutter regularly, and note that do not use metal parts to remove it;

D. The overall performance inspection shall be conducted once a month.
