Machine installation

A.Open pack box’s top plate, remove four side plates of pack box.

B.Remove the four bottom screws on the bottom of machine.

C.Carry out machine; place it into smooth no-shake’s location.

D.Remove the stretch film on the machine.

E.In order to prevent the conveyor shank off during the transportation, we install pothook in the conveyor shank on the bottom of machine before shipment, take the pothook before turn on the machine, otherwise the machine can’t be operated normally.

F.Adjust the bottom screw, so that adjust machine horizontal high and prevent machine from gliding when the machine runs

G.Connect the wires according to the nameplate, note: Must be connect ground wire.

 Machine operation method

A.Open electricity general switch, open fan switch, as well as check the direction of wind wheel, correct direction is moved in counter-clockwise, otherwise, change the location of connected wire.

B.Open conveyor switch, conveyor roller and chain runs, conveyor speed can be adjusted by transducer in the panel.

C.Open the cover of temperature control in the panel, move button in the temperature controller, set the temperature into 150-200℃.

D.When the temperature reach set level, temperature controller’s green indicate light turn into red, heater will pause heating.

E.Special note: Before shut the machine, please turn off the heating switch and set the temperature controller into 0℃, result heater stop heating.

F.Open insulation curtain, make fan, conveyor works 10 minutes again so that the machine will become cool and prolong the life of machine.

G.Finally, shut fan and conveyor and turn off the main electricity switch.
